Who we are

FlowSeit Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

What this website collects

This site is a static marketing page. The only personal data we deliberately collect is what you give us through the tester application form:

• Your email address
• Your explicit consent to receive tester, launch, and product emails
• The fact that you submitted the form (with timestamp)

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioural cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To manage your tester application and send confirmation, invite, and next-step emails.
• To occasionally email you about meaningful product updates between now and launch.
• That’s it. We do not sell or rent your email address. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass it to third parties beyond the email-delivery processor below.

Who processes the data

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as our email delivery and list-management processor. Brevo stores your email and dispatches our emails on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Brevo’s privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Vercel processes standard server logs (IP, request URL, user-agent) for normal hosting operations.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), captured when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the tester application list until either (a) you unsubscribe / ask us to delete it, or (b) one year after the public launch of FlowSeit, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email flowseitapp@zarleworks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. Vercel may set a strictly necessary security cookie if you trigger their bot-protection, but no analytics or marketing cookies are set.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes that affect existing tester applicants will be communicated by email.
