Who we are

FlowSeit Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

What this website collects

This site is a marketing page. The only personal data we deliberately collect is what you give us through the early access form:

Your email address
Your explicit consent to receive early access, launch, and product emails
Your selected device platform (Android, iPhone, or Other)
Basic referral context from URL parameters, such as UTM source, medium, and campaign
The fact that you submitted the form (with timestamp)

We use privacy-conscious Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views, sections viewed, and conversion events such as CTA clicks and form submissions. We do not track health answers or meditation data on this marketing site, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To manage your early access request, reserve testing access for your email, and send confirmation and next-step emails.
To occasionally email you about meaningful product updates between now and launch.
That’s it. We do not sell or rent your email address. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass it to third parties beyond the email-delivery processor below.

Who processes the data

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as our email delivery and list-management processor. Brevo stores your email and dispatches our emails on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Brevo’s privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Vercel processes standard server logs (IP, request URL, user-agent) for normal hosting operations and provides aggregate web analytics for this site.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), captured when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the early access list until either (a) you unsubscribe / ask us to delete it, or (b) one year after the public launch of FlowSeit, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email flowseitapp@zarleworks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Vercel may set strictly necessary security cookies and operate privacy-conscious web analytics for aggregate site measurement.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect existing early access signups will be communicated by email.
