You must be legally able to agree to these terms. FlowSeit is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to control.
You may connect supported sign-in methods to one FlowSeit account. Do not use multiple accounts, repeated deletion, automation, or technical workarounds to obtain repeated promotional access.
FlowSeit supports meditation, self-reflection, and personal wellness. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional advice. Wearable readings and insights can be incomplete or inaccurate. Stop an exercise if you feel unwell and seek qualified help when appropriate.
An eligible account and installation may receive a seven-day, no-card Premium Preview. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription and no payment method is charged merely because the Preview ends. Eligibility and duration are determined by the production service and may be limited to one redemption per account, installation, or other permitted anti-abuse signal.
Profiles may contain a username, display name, biography, and avatar. Friend requests and fixed-template nudges are social features. Before accessing them you must accept these terms and the Community Guidelines.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FlowSeit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display, resize, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the service. You must have the right to submit it.
Do not post or use FlowSeit for harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, dangerous conduct, or infringement. You can report or block another user from their profile. Blocking severs the FlowSeit social connection and prevents further discovery or contact between those accounts. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary.
You must not probe or bypass security, scrape profiles, reverse engineer protected service components, interfere with other users, submit malicious files, manipulate billing or Preview eligibility, or use the service unlawfully. Security research must be authorised in writing before testing production systems.
Google Play, RevenueCat, Google sign-in, Garmin, Health Connect, Supabase, and other providers have their own terms and availability. FlowSeit is not responsible for outages or decisions controlled by those providers. You can withdraw optional health permissions through Android settings and disconnect supported integrations where available.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or follow the external instructions on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent for the account and app data described there, subject to limited legal, billing, safety, and anti-abuse records explained in the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using FlowSeit at any time. We may restrict or end access for a serious or repeated breach, safety risk, fraud, legal requirement, or threat to the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal by email.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be dated and, where appropriate, presented for acceptance in the app.
FlowSeit software, branding, designs, audio arrangements, and original content are owned by FlowSeit Ltd or its licensors. Except for your own content and rights allowed by law, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from them without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowSeit Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by unauthorised account access, third-party services, or reliance on wellness insights. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights where you live. Contact flowseitapp@zarleworks.com for support, safety concerns, or appeals.
