This is a marketing website describing the FlowSeit Android app, currently in private alpha. It allows you to apply for closed tester access by submitting your email. There is no paid product, account, or service available on this site itself.
By submitting the tester application form you confirm that:
Applying to be a tester is free and does not commit you to a paid subscription. Applying does not guarantee that you will be invited; tester access may be sent in batches.
Invited testers may receive Premium features unlocked while testing is active. Founding testers who complete the feedback period may receive lifetime FlowSeit Premium as a non-cash thank-you. This incentive is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and applies while FlowSeit Premium is available.
You agree not to misuse this website, including: submitting addresses you do not own, automating sign-ups, attempting to interfere with the service, or using the site to distribute malware or spam.
The FlowSeit name, logo, lotus mark and all site content (text, code, screenshots, illustrations) are owned by FlowSeit Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for normal viewing in a browser.
FlowSeit is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device. Nothing on this website is medical advice and the future app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
The website is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown (including launch dates, features, or pricing) will not change before launch.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowSeit Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
