Community Guidelines
Effective and last updated: 29 August 2026
FlowSeit is designed for supportive wellness connections. Profiles, friend requests, and fixed-template nudges must be used respectfully. These rules form part of the Terms of Service.
Be supportive and authentic
- Use a profile name, biography, and avatar you have the right to use.
- Respect boundaries and do not repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact.
- Use friend requests and nudges for genuine encouragement, not pressure or manipulation.
Prohibited conduct and content
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, or degrading conduct.
- Sexual content, sexual solicitation, grooming, or any sexualisation or exploitation of a child.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation material or conduct. FlowSeit has zero tolerance for CSAE.
- Impersonation, scams, spam, misleading claims, or attempts to move users into unsafe interactions.
- Promotion of self-harm, violence, dangerous acts, illegal goods, or criminal activity.
- Personal information posted without permission, malicious files, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Report and block
Open another user's profile and choose the safety menu. Report sends the profile and selected reason to FlowSeit for review. Block immediately removes friendships, pending requests, and prior nudges, and prevents the two accounts from finding or contacting one another through FlowSeit social features.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on an in-app report for an emergency.
How we enforce these rules
FlowSeit may review reports and relevant account records, remove profile content, restrict social features, suspend or delete accounts, preserve evidence, and make legally required reports. We consider context, severity, repetition, and risk. Good-faith reports are protected; deliberately false or abusive reporting may itself result in restrictions.
Child safety contact
Suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation must be reported promptly to flowseitapp@zarleworks.com. FlowSeit will act on confirmed material or conduct and make reports to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Appeals and questions
To appeal an enforcement decision or ask a safety question, email flowseitapp@zarleworks.com with enough information to identify the decision. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive health information.
