Delete your FlowSeit account

You can request permanent deletion of your FlowSeit account and associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your FlowSeit account when possible. Include your FlowSeit username or account email so we can identify the correct account. Never send a password, one-time code, access token, or health record.

Email an account-deletion request

Use the subject Delete my FlowSeit account. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent another person from deleting your account without permission.

Delete inside the app

Sign in to FlowSeit.
Open Settings.
Under Account, choose Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm the final deletion step.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the FlowSeit authentication account and associated profile, sessions, check-ins, progress, settings, social connections, nudges, device registrations, and other account-linked app records. Connected services may retain their own records under their policies.

What may be retained

A one-way pseudonymous Premium Preview redemption marker may be retained for up to three years from redemption to prevent repeated-trial abuse. It is not linked to the deleted account ID.
Billing transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes, legal duties, or purchase restoration.
Safety reports may be retained in de-identified form for up to 24 months, or longer where law or an active safety investigation requires it.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your FlowSeit account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Timing and contact

In-app deletion is designed to begin immediately. Email requests are handled after verification and normally completed within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions. Questions can be sent to flowseitapp@gmail.com.
