Delete your FlowSeit account

You can request permanent deletion of a FlowSeit account and its associated app data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to FlowSeit.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the final deletion step.
Request deletion outside the app
Email flowseitapp@zarleworks.com with the subject Delete my FlowSeit account. If possible, send the request from the email associated with the account and include the FlowSeit username. Do not send your password, one-time code, access token, or health records.
We may ask for proportionate verification before deleting an account so that another person cannot delete it without permission.
What is deleted
The production deletion flow removes the Supabase authentication user and associated FlowSeit profile, sessions, progress, settings, social connections, nudges, device registrations, and other account-linked app records. Connected services may retain their own records under their policies.
What may be retained
- A one-way pseudonymous Premium Preview redemption marker may be retained for up to three years from redemption to prevent repeated-trial abuse. It is unlinked from the deleted account UUID.
- Billing transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes, legal duties, or purchase restoration.
- Safety reports may be retained in de-identified form for up to 24 months, or longer where law or an active safety investigation requires it.

Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your FlowSeit account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Timing and contact
In-app deletion is designed to begin immediately. Email requests are handled after verification and normally completed within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions. Questions can be sent to flowseitapp@zarleworks.com.
